Every product we sell is made to order, printed especially for you at the time of purchase. Because of this, all items are treated as personalised products and are not returnable unless they arrive faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
1. Made-to-order & personalised nature
Our products are never mass-produced or held in stock. Each order is created individually, meaning it is unique to you. As a result:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or colour choice.
This approach is consistent with UK, EU, and international consumer laws covering personalised and custom-made goods.
2. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described:
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
We may request photos to confirm the issue.
You can choose either:
A free replacement, or
A full refund
3. Orders not received
If your order does not arrive, please let us know within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll investigate and either resend your items free of charge or provide a refund.
4. Address and delivery issues
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it wasn’t collected, we can resend it once the correct details are provided. Additional shipping charges may apply.
5. How to make a claim

6. Summary of your rights
UK & EU customers: Normally, online orders include a 14-day “cooling-off” period. However, because every item is made to order and treated as a personalised product, this right does not apply. Faulty or damaged items will always be refunded or replaced.
US & International customers: While cancellation rights vary, we apply the same approach globally: no returns for change of mind, but full protection if items are faulty, damaged, or missing.
