We ship worldwide, and every order is made to order. Please read the following carefully to understand how and when your order will arrive.
1. Order Processing
All products are made to order and typically take 2–7 business days to produce before shipping.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and another with tracking details once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times are in addition to production times and may vary by destination:
United Kingdom & Europe: 3–7 business days
United States: 3–7 business days
Rest of World: 7–20 business days
These are estimates only. Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs delays, local postal issues, or peak seasonal demand.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
In some regions, duties or taxes may apply. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
4. Tracking Your Order
Most orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive tracking details by email once your order is dispatched.
Some smaller orders or specific countries may not support full tracking.
5. Shipping Issues
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of the expected delivery date, please contact us at support@MyMagicalFamily.com so we can investigate.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if it was not collected, we can arrange to reship once the correct details are confirmed. Additional shipping charges may apply.
If the carrier is at fault (e.g. lost or damaged in transit), we will either replace the item free of charge or issue a refund.
6. Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately. This is to ensure the fastest possible delivery, as items may be produced at different facilities.
7. International Customers
Customs, duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country’s laws. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the customer’s responsibility.
We cannot predict or control customs delays. Please allow extra time if ordering internationally.
